No. Buying or bidding on advertising that uses our name is not permitted, and it is one of the fastest ways to get an affiliate account suspended.

In practice that covers:

• Bidding on CraftMyPDF, craft my pdf, craftmypdf.com, common misspellings, or our name paired with a modifier — “pricing”, “review”, “login”, “coupon”, “alternative” — on Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising or any other paid search network.
• Using our name, our logo or our domain in ad headlines, ad copy, display URLs or sitelinks.
• Paid social, display, shopping or retargeting campaigns built around our brand terms.
• Pointing an ad straight at your affiliate link, or at a page whose only purpose is to forward the click to us.

The reason is simple: someone searching for us by name is already our customer to win. A brand ad in front of that search does not create a new customer — it bids up our own cost per click and claims commission on traffic that was arriving anyway.

Running a paid campaign that does not touch our brand and want to be sure it is acceptable? Email hello@craftmypdf.com and get approval in writing before you launch. Without that approval, assume paid traffic is not eligible.

Anything that earns the click rather than buying it: a review or comparison post, an automation tutorial, a YouTube walkthrough, a podcast mention, your newsletter, a resources page, or a genuine answer in a community your audience already reads. Those keep working long after an ad budget stops.

30% of every payment your referral makes, recurring for the lifetime of that customer — not just their first invoice. Someone who stays two years pays you for two years.

Yes. There is no fee and no minimum audience size. Sign up, and your unique affiliate link is ready in a couple of minutes.

A click on your link tags the visitor for 60 days. If they sign up and pay any time inside that window, the sale is attributed to you — they do not have to buy on the first visit, which is how most B2B software gets bought.

Attribution is held in the visitor’s browser, so a click that is never converted within 60 days, or one that is followed by clearing cookies or switching to another device, may not track. Nothing you can do about that beyond keeping your link in front of people.

Commission follows what the customer actually pays. If they move up a plan, your 30% is 30% of the larger amount from that payment onward; if they move down, it follows that too. If they cancel, the commission ends with the subscription.

Commissions accrue in your affiliate dashboard as each referral is billed. Log in to see clicks, conversions, what is pending and what has been paid — payout method and schedule are set up and shown there.

What is not allowed is presenting yourself as us: no describing yourself as an official, authorised or certified reseller or partner, and no putting our name in your domain, subdomain, social handle, app name or product name. We reserve the right to require a license agreement from anyone using our trademarks.

No — self-referrals are not allowed, and that includes buying through your own link on behalf of a business you own or work for. The program pays for customers you bring us, not for your own subscription.

Fraudulent transactions, misleading or false claims in your promotion, spam of any kind — mass email, mass newsgroup posting — advertising on sites that contain or promote illegal activity, and infringing our intellectual property. The full list is under Terms and Policies above.
