Order Invoice

The invoice a customer receives when an order is placed or paid for. Line items, quantities, discounts, tax and totals come straight from the order, so what the PDF says matches what your store charged.
Packing Slip

The document that travels with the order. It lists what is in the box without the prices, so your warehouse or fulfilment partner can check the shipment against it.
Shipping Label

The address label the carrier scans. Generate one per order with the delivery address, order number and a barcode or QR code, or lay a whole batch out on a label sheet.
Return and RMA Label

The return label and returns form you put in the box or email after a request. Each carries its own RMA number and barcode, so what comes back arrives matched to the original order.
Gift Receipt

Shelf-edge labels and price tags for a store or pop-up, printed several to a sheet, with prices, barcodes and promotional flags pulled from the same product data as the website.

The warranty or guarantee card that ships with the product, carrying the serial number, purchase date and coverage period for that specific order.
